How fast is PDF delivery?
PDF editions are delivered within five minutes of purchase and are always available to re-download from your account's PDF Library.
What is an Urtext edition?
An Urtext gives you the composer's notes and nothing else. Where our editors suggest a performance decision, it is clearly marked.
How long does shipping take within Thailand?
Standard tracked delivery takes 2–4 business days. You can also collect from the Sukhumvit showroom.
Can I return a score?
Physical editions may be returned within 14 days in resalable condition. Contact us if anything is wrong with a PDF file.
Do you offer educator or institutional pricing?
Yes — conservatoires, schools and ensembles receive educator and volume terms. Contact us to set up an account.
What are the terms of the PDF licence?
A purchased PDF is licensed to the buyer for personal performance, teaching and study. Reselling or redistributing it is not permitted.
I've lost a file I purchased. Can I get it again?
Yes. Every PDF you have bought remains in your account's PDF Library, ready to re-download.
